PS4 gamers are set to receive amazing titles before the year ends. Sony announced the next entry in the rebooted Tomb Raider franchise, and Gravity Rush series are scheduled to become available on December and October respectively. The upcoming sequels are said to have improved graphics, new contents, and other extras.

Polygon reported the next Tomb Raider game is titled Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration, which comes with all of the game's downloadable contents, new modes, and a new mission. Also, it will allow gamers to play as Lara Croft in the first-person point of view for the first time in franchise history.

As for the game's new mission, it is called "Blood Ties," where gamers have to defend Lara's mansion from hordes of zombies. Furthermore, 20 Year Celebration will introduce an optional higher difficulty level to the story mode and co-op to the game's survival mode called "Endurance," which looks pretty intense.

All of the contents in the Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration will also be available for Windows PC and Xbox One users. However, the game's VR support will be exclusive to PlayStation 4

Interestingly, the PS4 version of Rise of the Tomb Raider is designed to produce graphics at 1080p/30fps, as per a report from VideoGamer.com. The game will be released on PS4 on October 11.

On the other hand, the sequel of Gravity Rush will be launched on September 2 in North America, November 30 in Europe, and December 2 in the UK. According to PlayStation Blog, early buyers will get the game's nine-song soundtrack, ten bonus PSN avatars and an alternate white DLC costume for protagonist Kat.

Digital Trends said Gravity Rush 2 looks amazing in PlayStation 4. The game uses the extra horsepower of the gaming console to produce incredibly fluid and smooth graphics.

In the game' new trailer titled "New Heights," it shows Kat's gravity-manipulating abilities and a mysterious new character named Angel.

In addition to the game, an animated show titled Gravity Rush The Animation ~ Overture will bridge the gap between the first game and the upcoming sequel. There's still no official air date for the animation, but it is expected to be aired before the launching of Gravity Rush 2.

Gravity Rush 2 will be released exclusively for PlayStation 4.
