PS4, Xbox One Black Friday 2014: Deals at Best Buy, Gamestop, Walmart, Target

Black Friday

Every year, there is usually a handful of products that are extremely in demand, and even though the Xbox One and Sony PlayStation 4 were last year's big "wants", they are still going to be grabbed off the shelf in droves for this coming holiday season.  There are some deals that you can grasp onto by going with Black Friday deals at Gamestop, Target, Best Buy, or Wal-Mart.

A recent leak from Gamestop shows some deals are coming on Black Friday that cover the newer versions of Microsoft and Sony consoles.  An Xbox One with both Assassin's Creed Unity and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag will cost about $330.  As for the PlayStation 4, a deal with two included games is also available for $400, with The Last of Us and Grand Theft Auto V

There has also been a similar leak at Best Buy. They are offering an Xbox One Assassin's Creed Unity bundle with Kinect for about $429.99, which includes a free extra Xbox One Controller. The same deal can be bought without the included Kinect or extra controller for $329.99.  Best Buy's The Last of Us/GTA V/PS4 deal can be purchased at the identical Gamestop price of about $400, a deal that is also going on at Target.

One popular deal for the PS4 will be from Wal-Mart, which will feature a Mega Console Bundle including a camera, controller, as well as a game title of choice for the price of $509.   Wal-Mart also intends to offer the Xbox One at just $350, which is the same price that Microsoft offers it on their personal website.

Target intends a deal for the Xbox One that will include a 500 GB Xbox One console, a $50 Target Gift Card, plus digital downloads of Assassin's Creed Black Flag and Assassin's Creed Unity for $330.

If you have decided what console to buy for this holiday season, then you should know the when as well as the what.  BGR has the information on Black Friday sales for these products.  Best Buy is intending to begin its Black Friday Sale on 5:00 P.M. of Thanksgiving Day and then will close up at 1:00 A.M. on Black Friday.  Best Buy will then open its doors on 8:00 AM of Black Friday.

There are other big stores that will begin their Black Friday sales on Thanksgiving Day.  Popular retailers like Wal-Mart, Target, Sears, and Macy's will all open up their doors at 6PM Thanksgiving Day.  Gamestop intends to stay closed on Thanksgiving with over 4,000 stores opening on midnight and others on 5 AM of Black Friday.
