The 2016 Olympics Games will happen from August 5 to August 21. Here's how you can watch the games live via TV and live stream channel.

Despite the political, economic and health crises in Rio De Janeiro, the International Olympic Committee stated the city is ready to host this year's Olympics, as per report from CNN.

The coverage of the Rio 2016 Games is spread over a range of different networks, including NBCSN, Bravo, USA, MSNB and NBC.

NBC: The network will air the Opening and Closing Ceremony of the Olympics. It will also broadcast live basketball games, swimming, track and field, gymnastics, diving and beach volleyball.

NBCSN: It will bring wide of variety of Olympic sports events, including fencing, field hockey, track and field, boxing, swimming, weightlifting, wrestling, basketball, soccer and archery. The network will also air most of the medal ceremonies.

MSNBC: This network's main coverage includes rugby, water polo, soccer, beach volleyball and basketball.

CNBC: Watch the elimination round of volleyball, basketball and beach volleyball in this channel. They also offer elimination games of wrestling, water polo, archery and rugby.

USA Network: It will mainly cover men's basketball, cycling, beach volleyball, synchronized swimming, rowing and water polo.

Bravo: Tennis fans should check out this network. Bravo is expected to provide live coverage of both men and women Olympic tennis.

For those who want to watch the highlights of Rio Olympics 2016, NBC says it will publish 20 Olympics highlights per day on Facebook and Instagram. Aside from games' highlights, the network will provide two-minute daily recap show on social networks.

Furthermore, NBC will use Facebook's livestreaming feature to air live reports from different sports venues in Rio De Janeiro. However, the network won't livestream any live game or event footage on Facebook.

NBC will also use Samsung's VR technology to broadcast games live.
