Ryan Reynolds is asking fans to vote fellow actor and good friend, Hugh Jackman for People's Sexiest Man Alive.

Reynolds took to Instagram in his "Deadpool" makeup and carried out his best impression of the Australian actor. His purpose? To ask fans to vote for Jackman as the next People's Sexiest Man Alive, as if he is Jackman himself. "G'day mate, Hugh Jackman here," the actor says with a feigned and thick Australia accent. "Just reminding you to get your votes in for PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive. Cover's coming up."

Not only are the two good friends with each other, but they also seem to have a lot of things in common as well. Reynolds and Jackman both graced PEOPLE magazine's cover already. Jackman won the title back in 2008 and Reynolds in 2010. The two have also worked together in "X-Men Origins: Wolverine."

Apart from encouraging people to vote for Jackman, Reynolds is busy with his "Deadpool" movie. He recently sat down with Collider and shared what fans can expect from the movie, apart from it being a hard-core superhero film. Interestingly, the actor shared that fans would be surprised with the amount of sexuality being featured in the film. He described it as being "a little excessive," even though the studio has not said something negatively about it.  The actor also shared that the film will showcase a lot of violence. For him, the film is not necessary "family-friendly" like other superhero films but he had a lot of fun shooting it.

The film's director, Tim Miller, also talked about the character's sexuality. Specifically, Miller shared to fans that the character can be attracted to any person, regardless of their gender or sexual orientation. In other words, Deadpool is like Miley Cyrus: he is a pansexual.

Deadpool is set to be shown in theatres February 12, 2016.
