The Spurs have pulled away from the Mavericks after the 109-103 win at home in Game 5. Now, San Antonio has the chance to eliminate their state-rival in Game 6, but Dallas won't let their season's last game end that easily. In addition, Mavs will have home-court advantage.

"The way you've got to look at it is you've got to win one home game," said Nowitzki, who team were up 3-2 when they lost Game 6 in Dallas eight years ago, according to AP. "We worry about everything else after that. Fun setup tomorrow, one game to win at home."

San Antonio's Big Three Tony Park led the Spurs with 23 points and Manu Ginobili had 19 points.

The Mavs have two consecutive wins over the Spurs despite losing 10 consecutive games to them. In Game 3, the Mavericks defeated Spurs 109-108 on Saturday. While both teams shot better than 50 percent, Dirk Nowitzki continued to score less than 20 points into the third playoff game - something that hasn't happened since his first postseason in 2001.

Despite Nowitzki's shooting misses, the Mavs have so far performed exceptionally well. In Game 2, they beat the Spurs in an upset 113-92 win and outscored Spurs in every quarter. Dallas' Devin Harris was the top scorer - ahead of Dirk Nowitzki - heading into Game 3. And Game 2 was his first career playoff start.

Mavs' other penetrating guard Monta Ellis has been helping to carry the weight of the offensive and to drive into the paint.

Tony Park and Tim Duncan did their usual tag-team work to put in the team's 34 first-quarter points. Park had 17 at halftime and six assists.
