The San Francisco 49ers find themselves at the bottom of the NFC West, way behind the Seattle Seahawks, Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams. Despite the entry of former Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly in the Carlos Hyde squad, it appears that the NFL team needs additional revamp. With a Colin Kaepernick trade reported to be on its way, a Tony Romo contract could be coming soon. Meanwhile, the Blaine Gabbert career stats appear to be disappointing the team’s fans.

Talks of a Colin Kaepernick trade have been plaguing the San Francisco 49ers since the last NFL season. With his anticipated move to the Denver Broncos to replace Peyton Manning and Brock Osweiler coming to a complete halt with the entry of Mark Sanchez during the offseason, the embattled quarterback once again finds himself in an uncomfortable position. Speculations on the negotiations to finalize a Tony Romo contract to the Carlos Hyde team are making the rounds as well.

The Dallas Cowboys found an unexpected hero in Dak Prescott when the rookie stunned the NFL with his spectacular leadership and performance this season. Hence, a Tony Romo contract appears to no longer be feasible by the next season. With the problems of the San Francisco 49ers in their quarterback post, a Colin Kaepernick trade is anticipated to solve the problems.

Fans are calling for a Tony Romo contract if a Colin Kaepernick trade would push through. They believe that the San Francisco 49ers would be better off without the younger quarterback. Moreover, the supporters of the team feel that the Blaine Gabbert career stats would not be enough to cover the issues of the team. Could the Dallas Cowboys veteran quarterback solve these concerns?

At this point, the San Francisco 49ers refuse to talk about their future. Regardless of the Colin Kaepernick trade talks, the quarterback involved in these NFL trade rumors plans to focus on the remaining games this season.

“My focus is this week and making sure that I'm doing everything I can to prepare, and to try to help my teammates prepare this week to get a win,” explained Colin Kaepernick. He added, “When you're in a situation like this, how you finish the season can help set the foundation for next season. That's what we have to be able to do this week, go out and get a win, leave on a positive note and have something to build on this offseason where we can improve and come into next season ready to roll.”

What do you think? Should the San Francisco 49ers finally push for a Colin Kaepernick trade? Will a Tony Romo contract make the team better next NFL season?
