The Sharks have a chance to sweep the Kings tonight, but the Kings will be fighting to extend their Playoffs contention. In the first two games, the Sharks defeated their rivals with relative ease, and did not face much challenge until Game 3. Despite their lead, the Sharks are well aware of the possibility that they can end up in Game 7 as what happened in 2011 West Conference Semifinals against Detroit Red Wings, and 2013 with the Vancouver Canucks, who pushed them hard.

The Kings players continue to remain optimistic that it is entirely possible to rally from a 3-0 deficit.

"You just can't look at the mountain and expect to do it all at once. It's a process to just put games together, put shifts together. And it starts with Thursday night. You can't win four unless you win one," said Mike Richards, who along with Jeff Carter was part of the 2010 Philadelphia Flyers that rallied from a 3-0 deficit to beat Boston Bruins with four straight wins.
