Even though Smokie Norful has only been in the Gospel music scene for 18 months, he has landed the #1 position on Billboard’s Top Selling Gospel Chart with his new release, Limited Edition and the #4 position with his best-selling debut,I Need You Now. He is the first Gospel artist to claim two of the top 5 positions on the Billboard Gospel Chart with non-holiday releases.

Limited Edition also gains ground in other chart lists as it debuts #3 on Billboard’s Christian Chart, #24 on Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop Album’s Chart, and #90 on Billboard’s Top 200 Albums Chart.

It is no wonder that Limited Edition has earned so much success. The CD has five tracks recorded live at Norful’s home church in Chicago and “I Need You Now” music video. It is also filled with a little Christmas spirit in Noful’s version of Christmas classic “O Holy Night.”
