As internet evangelism is playing an important role in evangelism and many Chinese evangelical websites are formed, internet evangelism is selected as a major topic for a symposium in the China China Gospel conference.

The symposium introduced main website administrators along with their contributions and discussed how to face future challenges.

The main websites were Chinese version of Bible Broadcasting Network (www.bbnnet.org), Chinese Christian Internet Mission (www.ccim.org), rainbow forum (www.bbsland.com/rainbow/) and China Mainland Christianity Forum(www.jesuschina.com/).

During discussions, some proposed that Christians join secular forums and partake in the discussions with the basis of gospel.

This symposium drew internet evangelism workers together and marked a beginning of Chinese Internet evangelical era.
