Development studio Ubisoft has unveiled the details of the "Conflict" update that will be released for "Tom Clancy's The Division." As noted by the company, this upcoming update comes with three distinct gameplay features.

According to the Ubi Blog, one of the new features that will be available through the "Conflict" update is Clear Sky. This game mode is based on the Columbus Circle and features a battle against Agents and Rikers.

In this mode, the Rikers have taken an anti-air missile site and is using it to take out aircraft passing over Manhattan. Agents, on the other hand, must secure this area by taking over the site and reclaiming the supply drops taken by the Rikers.

The second game mode in "Conflict" is HVT, which stands for high-value targets. In this game, an HVT officer will brief the Agents about their next mission. The objectives are pretty straight forward, but the challenging part here is that players only have a limited amount of time to complete their missions. Also, they only have once chance to take out their targets for each objective.

The third feature of "Conflict" is the Dark Zone. This mode raises up the stakes in "The Division" because it allows players to hijack the loots suspended from a hovering aircraft. Specifically, players can run up to the extraction rope holding the loot and cut it.

Aside from the new modes, "Conflict" also comes with new gear sets and loadout accessories for players. Some of these include the Predator's Mark, Hunter's Faith, Lone Star and Final Measure, according to Parent Herald.

As for its release, Ubisoft has previously confirmed that "Conflict" will come out as a free update on May 24. It will be the second free update for the game following "Incursions," which came out in April.

Then, in June, Ubisoft will release the first paid content for "The Division" called "Underground." This will be followed by "Survival" and the "Last Stand," which are both set to come out later this year. These content updates, including the free ones, are available for the Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.
