Westminster's June and July Events

Glenside, PA -- Although Westminster Theological Seminary has already ended its 2003-2004 academic year, the campus remains active even through out the summer. Following is a list of events that Westminster is sponsoring in June and July.

June 7-11 – Dr. Jeffrey K. Jue teaches the course "History of Christianity II" at Reformed Theological Seminary in Washington D.C.

June 13 – Professor John Leonard leads a weekly “Foundations for Marriage” Sunday school class for young married couples at Tenth Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The church is located at 1701 Delancey Street. Reduced rate parking ($5) is located at the Graduate Hospital garage at 17th and South. For more information email chogue@tenth.org.

June 14-15 – Dr. Sinclair Ferguson, Dr. Samuel Logan, and Dr. Carl Trueman will be speaking at “The Westminster Confession into the 21st Century: An International Conference on the Work of the Westminster Assembly” at Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The conference, co-sponsored by the Craig Center for the Study of the Westminster Standards at Westminster Theological Seminary, will be held the two days prior to the PCA General Assembly. June 16 – Alumni dinner at the 2004 PCA General Assembly in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. President Samuel T. Logan, Jr. will host, with remarks by other faculty members. The dinner will be held in Room 317-318 of the David L. Lawrence Convention Center from 5:30-7:00 p.m. To attend, alumni MUST RSVP no later than May 31 to Adam Pave in the Alumni Office. Spouses welcome; no children please.
