2K Games released a brand-new trailer for WWE 2k17 that confirms Bill Goldberg is included in the roster of characters. The complete roster members of the wrestling game will be revealed at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), which is scheduled this month.  Now, here's the latest round up of update about the WWE 2k17 release date, pre-order and new wrestlers.

The latest trailer shows several police officers driving to an unknown location. After that, Goldberg comes out and then the police officers escort him to the WWE fighting arena.  The 49-year old pro wrestler has been honoured as pre-order exclusive DLC character for the WWE 2K17.

In an exclusive interview, Goldberg said it is a dream come true for him to be included in a wrestling game such as WWE 2K17. "It is a huge honor," the wrestler exclaimed.

Goldberg joins the ranks of the few wrestlers who have been featured as exclusive characters such as WWE Hall of Fame Sting, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the Ultimate Warrior. During his WWE days, Goldberg faced the toughest WWE superstars like Brock Lesnar, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. His last match was against Lesnar during Wrestlemania 20, which happened in 2004.

Interestingly, 2K Games will reveal more about the WWE 2K17's roster at the E3 2016.  Portrait artist Rob Schamberger will appear at 2K's booth-- #1601 in the South Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center--to paint the game's new characters in a live setting.

Show attendees are encouraged to witness Rob's work from June 13 to 16 2016 to know if their favourite WWE Legends and Superstars are included in the next instalment of popular wrestling game.

For those who are not familiar with Schamberger, he became popular for his artistic takes on WWE Superstars from the past and present. His paintings were featured on YouTube series Canvas 2 Canvas.

We mentioned earlier that pre-orderers of WWE 2K17 will receive two playable characters of legendary WCW and WWE star Bill Goldberg. In addition, early buyers will get WCW Monday Nitro and Halloween Havoc arenas at no extra cost.

WWE 2K17 will be released in October. 2K Games has not yet revealed its specific release date, but some gamers say it will happen on Oct. 25, the last Tuesday of the month.
