By Daniel Chan

New York – At the north of Flushing, YMCA Flushing center started promoting spring membership enrollment and had invited the Chinese American community to visit the center facilities. YMCA, known for its involvement in community services, has been upgrading its facilities constantly in the region of Flushing, charging less in membership fee than the average fitness centers.

Chinese fitness habits are quite dissimilar from the Western society. Their daily lives are often demanding and time constraining. Choosing a cheap and economical fitness center will not only keep the body in shape, but also increase physical health and a chance to meet friends of same interest while participating in activities. YMCA Flushing has the latest electronic fitness equipments allowing clear and scientific methods to calculate the caloric usage and help set goals to build the bodily form that you desire. Professional trainers are also available to help mediate one-to-one focused training. Also there are facilities such as indoor swimming pool with monitored constantly by lifeguards. For years YMCA has been closely working with the society and constantly placing care to the health of the general public.

YMCA Flushing center is now welcoming everyone to join in the membership enrollment period. You can contact the center at 718-961-6880. Mandarin operator service is available. The address is 138-46 Northern Boulevard, Flushing, NY 11354. You can also refer on the web at www.ymcanyc.org.
